Pro bono legal support for startup museum nonprofit
Served as pro bono legal advisor to a startup museum nonprofit on governance, operational, and technology-related legal matters. Work included revising bylaws, clarifying corporate officer roles, preparing board-level policies on conflict of interest, non-discrimination, intellectual property protection, and assignment of intellectual property to the museum, and advising on board minutes, corporate resolutions, transaction checklists, nonprofit compliance and reporting, and technology-related deal structures.
