Served over several years as fractional GC for a self-funded Silicon Valley system software provider serving global transportation customers. Handled day-to-day commercial, governance, compensation, and product-related work, and coordinated with outside tax and securities counsel. Also helped negotiate and complete the sale of a product line to a public software company, including diligence, disclosure and exception schedules, and transition of the related engineering and support team.
